Money Return Process
Your refund consists of 3 different stages, starting with the first stage;
1- You send the damaged product back to us by contracted cargo and then it is examined in our workshop.
2-If there is no damage to the product, our workshop approves the return.
3- After the return is approved, it is forwarded to the Accounting Unit, if you made the payment with Iban
The Iban number you sent is requested and forwarded to that iban number, if you made it by Credit Card, it is refunded back to that Credit Card.
